3. Before purchasing any of our Relay Services please give us a Call, or if you prefer you can use our Online "Chat Now" feature where you can confirm our Availability/Lead time and run though any Questions or Answers you may have or need.


4. If you are happy with the estimated lead time given prior to your purchase (usually between 4-12 weeks) go ahead and purchase any shed + service you require on our website.We will be instantly notified of your purchase & we will aim to give you a call back within 1-3 hours.- Please state our Phoneline opening times are between 9am-7pm Mon-Saturday.Any orders placed after 6pm will be dealt with the next working day. Sunday Closed.

5. You have now purchased one of our services/products and we have Called or replied back to you using our Online Chat feature. When we reply, we will have a date booked you in using the approximate date we both agreed prior to your purchase (Step 4). We will confirm all dates and times we have booked you in for during the returned phonecall or online conversation you have with 1 of our team. We are happy to adjust dates if the offered date is not convinient.

6. You will recieve a confirmation email within 1 hour after you purchase any of our services/prodcuts.
7. If we require any materials to be delivered to your address, we will firstly ask for your permission for this to happen and then ask where you would like the delivery of materials placed, ie a specific place on your property like a Driveway/your prefered location.

8. Start date - What to expect? You can expect to open your door to a friendly LevelUp team that are happy to take there boots off if needed. Once the team are on site, they will talk you through the setup process they require to complete your job. The team dont need a lot and wont bother you at all after the initial setup that usally just consists of plugging in an extension lead and locating a water source.Our team will always be happy to answer any questions you may have thoughout the job at any point.

9. The job has been completed and you are very happy with the finished project! We will now clean up any mess using brushes, blowers, water and even a jetwash if needed.
